Cleaning process
Preparation
The tank is filled with water and cleaning product (standard concentration from 5-15%) and heated to 60-90C°.
Charging and immersion
The pieces are placed on the lifting platform (ACM models) or on the lower rack of the tank (ICM models), and submerged in the bath.
Automatic cleaning
This automatic cleaning process can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, depending on the cleaning application.
Rinse and dry
Finally, the pieces are removed from the bath, rinsed with water, and dried.
