Multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning systems are ideal for the repetitive cleaning of parts during various production processes. The custom design of these multi-stage systems allows for easy handling of parts using overhead cranes, as well as automated handling systems or robotic systems.
Our flexible, reliable, and robust systems range in capacity from 100 liters per tank to 15,000 liters per stage.

Cleaning process
ULTRASONIC CLEANING
Our powerful cavitation process will remove dirt from the parts. The bath consists of water and a specific detergent (5-15%) for each application. Heating to 90°C increases overall performance.
RINSE
Rinsing is just as important as cleaning. It will remove any remaining detergent and dirt from the parts. The bubbling action will increase the effectiveness of the rinse. The water must remain clean, which is why an activated carbon filter is highly recommended.
ADDITIONAL RINSE STAGES
The number of additional cascade rinse stages will be determined by the required level of cleanliness. Using pure demineralized water in the final rinse stage will provide the best results.
PROTECTION OF THE PARTS
The passivating agents in the bath will protect the parts against corrosion. A full range of products is available, depending on the material of the part and the duration of protection required.
DRYING
The hot air cyclone tank quickly removes water from the freshly cleaned parts, making them ready for the production process. Proper thermal insulation ensures minimal energy consumption.
